Leonardo DiCaprio is harried Federal Marshall Teddy Daniels at the heart of it, with Mark Ruffalo as his partner. As the pair investigate the disappearance of a convicted murderess from a hospital for the criminally insane, Daniels begins to doubt his own sanity. And judging by this trailer, not without reason.

Shutter Island is out on February 19, 2010, making it that rarest of things: a Scorsese movie not released during Oscar season. Roll on February as far as we're concerned.
